Our Step-by-Step Process

01

Send Photos or Request a Quote

Start by sending photos, location details, and a short description of what needs to be hauled, delivered, removed, or reviewed.

02

We Review the Job Scope

We review volume, weight, access, distance, disposal requirements, material needs, equipment considerations, and scheduling availability.

03

We Confirm Pricing Factors

Pricing is based on the actual scope of the job, including labor, disposal fees, access conditions, material cost, drive time, and job complexity.

04

Approve the Estimate

Once the quote is prepared, the customer reviews and approves the estimate before scheduling.

05

Schedule the Service Window

After approval, we confirm a service window based on job type, location, availability, and any access or site requirements.

06

Job Completion

The work is completed according to the approved scope. If the actual job differs from the original description, changes are reviewed before work continues.

07

Documentation When Applicable

Photos, receipts, dump tickets, material details, or completion documentation may be collected when applicable to the job.

08

Payment & Follow-Up

Payment is completed according to the approved estimate and job terms. After completion, we may follow up for feedback or a review.

How to Get the Most Accurate Quote

The better the information we receive up front, the faster and more accurate the estimate can be.

Photos of the load, items, debris, or material area
Job address or city
Access path
Parking or loading area
Stairs, elevators, gates, or tight spaces
Long carry distance
Heavy or oversized items
Preferred service date
Material type and quantity, if requesting delivery
Any unusual, prohibited, or questionable materials

Estimate Clarity

Photo-Based Estimates & Scope Changes

Photo-based estimates are based on the information provided at the time of quote. Final pricing may change if the actual volume, weight, access, labor, disposal fees, material needs, or job conditions differ from the original description.

  • Larger load than shown in photos
  • Additional items added after quote approval
  • Heavier-than-expected materials
  • Stairs, long carry, or difficult access not disclosed
  • Additional dump or disposal fees
  • Unsafe, blocked, or limited access
  • Prohibited or special-handling materials discovered on site
If the scope changes, we review the change before work continues.

Delivery Review

Material Delivery Process

Material delivery jobs require clear information about the material type, quantity, supplier location, delivery location, access, and safe dump/drop area.

  • Confirm material type and quantity
  • Confirm supplier or pickup location when applicable
  • Confirm delivery address
  • Review truck/trailer access
  • Confirm safe dump/drop location
  • Identify slopes, soft ground, low clearance, or tight access
  • Customer confirms the drop location is suitable
  • Final pricing depends on material cost, distance, access, quantity, and job scope
Customers are responsible for selecting a safe dump/drop location. Heavy vehicles, trailers, and dumped materials may cause surface damage on weak concrete, asphalt, pavers, lawns, soft ground, slopes, or narrow access areas.

Cleanouts & Debris

Junk Removal & Debris Haul-Off Process

For junk removal, cleanouts, and debris haul-off, photos help us understand the load size, item type, access, labor needs, and disposal requirements before quoting.

  • Send clear photos of all items or debris
  • Identify stairs, elevators, tight access, or long carry distance
  • Mention heavy or oversized items
  • Confirm whether items are inside, outside, upstairs, or curbside
  • Identify construction debris, yard debris, furniture, appliances, or mixed loads
  • Prohibited materials may be refused
  • Scope changes may affect pricing

Small demolition and haul-off may be available for sheds, decks, fences, playsets, and similar structures. Light demolition is subject to access, structure size, material type, safety review, and job-specific approval before scheduling.

Equipment Transport

Select small equipment transport may be available by job review. Equipment transport depends on equipment size, weight, tie-down requirements, route, access, trailer requirements, insurance considerations, and applicable legal requirements.

Service Windows

Scheduling & Service Windows

After the estimate is approved, we confirm a service window based on the job type, location, access requirements, availability, and disposal or supplier considerations.

Arrival times and service windows may be affected by traffic, weather, dump site conditions, supplier delays, prior job delays, mechanical issues, access conditions, or other factors outside the company’s control.
  • We confirm scheduling after estimate approval
  • Some jobs may require additional review before scheduling
  • Same-day or urgent work depends on availability
  • Access must be clear at the scheduled time
  • Customers should notify us of changes before the service window

Our Process FAQ

How do I get a quote?

The fastest way to get a quote is to send photos, the job location or city, access details, and a short description of what needs to be hauled, delivered, removed, or reviewed.

What photos should I send?

Send photos of the load, items, debris, access path, parking area, stairs, tight spaces, gates, and anything that may affect loading or delivery.

Can my price change after I receive an estimate?

Yes. Photo-based estimates are based on the information provided. Pricing may change if the actual volume, weight, access, labor, disposal fees, material needs, or job conditions differ from the original description.

Do I need to be home?

Not always. Some jobs can be completed if access is clear and the scope is confirmed in advance. Certain jobs may require customer approval on site before work begins.

How does payment work?

Payment terms are confirmed with the approved estimate. Some jobs may require prepayment, deposit, or payment authorization before scheduling.

Do you deliver materials?

Yes. Material delivery may be available for rock, gravel, dirt, mulch, sand, topsoil, road base, decorative rock, and other landscape materials, subject to access and job review.

Do you review light demolition or equipment transport?

Yes. Light demolition and equipment transport are reviewed case by case before scheduling.
