1. Scope of Services
Dom Diesel Hauling LLC provides and/or coordinates hauling, junk removal, debris haul-off, material delivery, cleanout support, light demolition review, equipment transport review, and related services. Services may vary by job type, location, equipment requirements, access, licensing requirements, disposal requirements, and scheduling availability.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of quote, including photos, customer descriptions, job location, access details, material type, load size, weight, labor requirements, disposal fees, supplier costs, travel time, and job complexity. Pricing may vary if the actual job conditions differ from the information provided.
3. Scope Changes
If the actual job differs from the original description, photos, or approved estimate, Dom Diesel Hauling LLC may revise the price before work continues. Scope changes may include additional items, larger volume, heavier materials, difficult access, stairs, long carry distance, added labor, special handling, additional dump fees, or unsafe conditions.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are confirmed with the approved estimate. Some jobs may require prepayment, deposit, or payment authorization before scheduling. Final charges may include approved scope changes, material costs, disposal fees, labor, travel, or other job-related charges. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection activity or legal recovery costs.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customer is responsible for providing accurate job information, photos, access details, service location, material information, and any known risks or restrictions. Customer must ensure the work area, parking area, access path, and dump/drop location are reasonably safe and available at the scheduled time.
6. Driveway, Surface & Property Risk
Customer is responsible for selecting a safe access path, loading area, parking area, and dump/drop location. Heavy vehicles, trailers, equipment, loaded materials, and dumped materials may cause damage to weak concrete, asphalt, pavers, lawns, soft ground, slopes, curbs, irrigation, underground utilities, landscaping, or narrow access areas. Customer acknowledges these risks when requesting service.
7. Material Delivery
Material delivery jobs require clear information about material type, quantity, supplier or pickup location when applicable, delivery location, access, and safe dump/drop area. Material availability, supplier delays, access restrictions, quantity changes, or unsafe drop locations may affect scheduling and pricing.
8. Junk Removal & Debris Haul-Off
Customer must identify the items, debris, or materials to be removed and disclose any heavy, oversized, unusual, prohibited, hazardous, or special-handling materials. Items not included in the original estimate may result in a revised price before work continues.
9. Approved Hauling Partners & Physical Hauler of Record
Services may be performed by Dom Diesel Hauling LLC or by approved independent hauling partners, subcontractors, carriers, disposal providers, suppliers, or other service providers depending on job type, location, equipment requirements, licensing requirements, and availability. When an approved independent hauling partner or carrier physically performs transportation, delivery, disposal, or haul-off, that party may be considered the physical hauler, carrier, transporter, or service provider of record for the physical work performed.
Dom Diesel Hauling LLC manages quoting, scheduling, customer communication, billing, job coordination, and customer service unless otherwise stated.
10. Prohibited Materials
Dom Diesel Hauling LLC does not knowingly transport hazardous waste, asbestos, chemicals, fuel, oil, paint, propane tanks, explosives, medical or biohazard waste, radioactive materials, or materials prohibited by law, regulation, disposal facility rules, or company policy. Prohibited or undisclosed materials may be refused.
11. Cancellations, Delays & Access Issues
Scheduling may be affected by weather, traffic, dump site conditions, supplier delays, prior job delays, mechanical issues, access conditions, unsafe conditions, or other factors outside the company’s control. If access is blocked, unsafe, unavailable, or materially different from what was described, the job may be delayed, rescheduled, repriced, or cancelled.
12. Limitation of Liability
Dom Diesel Hauling LLC is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed risks, weak surfaces, hidden utilities, unsuitable access, customer-directed placement, customer-selected dump/drop locations, or conditions outside the approved scope. Liability may be limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Customer Communication & Change Approval
Customer agrees that job details, pricing, scope changes, approvals, scheduling, and related communication may occur by phone, text, email, Jobber, or other approved company communication channels. If job conditions change, customer approval may be required before work continues.
